Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of relevant civil practice experience strongly preferred
- Slightly less experience may be considered for exceptional candidates
- Established or developing book of business, approximately $200k+ preferred
- Desire and ability to grow practice toward $500k+ annually
- Subject matter expertise in a complementary practice area
- Texas Bar license in good standing required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and business development skills preferred
- Interest in long-term succession and firm leadership opportunities is highly valued

- Compensation based on a percentage of collections
