A Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its litigation team due to increased workload.
Position Overview:
This role is suited for an attorney with at least five years of labor and employment law experience who can independently manage cases while collaborating with a legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in employment litigation and advisory matters
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of labor and employment litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Trial preparation experience preferred
Public entity experience preferred but not required
Active California Bar license
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $170,000 – $225,000
1,900 annual billable requirement
