Responsibilities:
Handle contract disputes, provider litigation, and overpayment recovery
Conduct detailed claims analysis across large datasets
Draft motions to compel and dismiss
Manage discovery and case development
Maintain a large active caseload
Prepare matters for arbitration
Candidate Requirements:
1–7 years of experience
Active California Bar license in good standing
Strong professional judgment and work ethic
Demonstrated interest in healthcare law, if lacking litigation experience
Defense-side experience preferred
Compensation:
Base salary: $125,000 – $180,000+ DOE
Billable bonus: $10,000 at 2,000 hours, plus $10,000 per additional 100 hours
