Description

A Texas-based law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for a non-litigation Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance practice. Responsibilities include advising healthcare clients on the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, False Claims Act, Medicare and Medicaid; drafting agreements and compliance materials; and assisting with licensing, reimbursement, audits, investigations, and healthcare transactions. Associates are expected to work from one of the firm’s offices in Dallas, Salt Lake City, or Amarillo*.

  • California-licensed attorneys with 5+ years of direct healthcare regulatory and compliance experience may be considered for a fully remote arrangement anywhere in the U.S.
  • Compensation is approximately $120,000–$165,000+ DOE, with a 1,650-hour annual billable requirement.
  • Candidates should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and strong research, writing, and communication skills.
