Seeking an attorney at all levels for Eminent Domain & Condemnation practice in multiple Southeastern and Washington, DC locations. This hybrid role involves handling litigation, zoning, and condemnation matters related to various real estate assets, working alongside experienced professionals. Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier school, active bar membership (preferably in NC, SC, GA, or DC), at least two years of commercial real estate litigation experience, and proficiency in hearings, discovery, and depositions. Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple matters, and interest in high-volume litigation are essential. Bar eligibility in relevant states is preferred.
