Job Details

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of corporate and/or transactional legal experience
• Active Georgia Bar admission required
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial and transactional agreements
• Experience with corporate governance, entity matters, M&A, or related transactional work
• Ability to independently manage matters and day-to-day client needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound business judgment and attention to detail
• A client-service mindset and comfort developing direct client relationships
• Interest in building a long-term practice rather than simply executing assigned work
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to contribute to the growth of both the practice and the firm
