Represent clients in court or before government agencies
Prepare and draft legal documents for clients
Advise clients on business and legal matters
Negotiate settlements in legal disputes
Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to legal practice
Qualifications include previous legal experience, familiarity with legal documents, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to build client rapport, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
