We seek a licensed Attorney for our Phoenix, AZ onsite legal team to focus on consumer litigation and debt collection defense.
Responsibilities include defending debt collection and consumer protection lawsuits, developing litigation strategies, and managing a high-volume caseload.
The role involves court appearances, negotiations, and coordinating with outside counsel.
Key tasks include advising on litigation risks, ensuring compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and state laws, overseeing discovery, reviewing contracts, and implementing policies to mitigate regulatory risk.
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, regulatory knowledge, and experience managing high-volume cases within a compliance-focused environment.
