Attorney - Construction Defect (Plaintiff HOA) ($160-180K)
Long standing, East Bay Law Firm, located in Alameda, California, of 4 Attorneys, is seeking a Litigation Attorney. This position is in Construction Defect working on complex cases. We represent the Plaintiffs – HOA.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice Law in California
- Have Construction Defect experience, HOA experience, and/or Construction law experience
- Strong in Research, Writing, Discovery and Arbitrations
- Willing to work in the office as well as conduct site inspections, defecting testing and monitoring the cases
