Job Details

Qualifications
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar and ability to obtain admission in Tennessee.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney handling transactional commercial real estate matters.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Commercial leasing
Acquisitions and dispositions
Land use and zoning
Construction-related transactions
Commercial lending
Organizational structuring
Investment and financing transactions
Venture capital arrangements
Tax-related real estate matters
Strong legal research, drafting, and contract negotiation skills.
