Mission Recruiting is partnering with a respected Irvine litigationteam seeking a Civil Litigation Associate focused on general liability and public entity matters.

What you will handle

• Day-to-day ownership of active litigation files (roughly 15 at a time)
• Discovery, depositions, and written motion practice
• Court appearances, case strategy, and client reporting
• Practical counseling for business and municipal clients
• Trial prep, with real opportunities to get on your feet in contested matters

Compensation and benefits

Work rhythm

• Billable target typically in the 1,800 to 1,900 range
