Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an associate attorney to join one of its clients in the Post Oak area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience independently managing a docket of Complex Litigation matters from inception to trial. Trial experience is required for this position. This candidate must have file to trial experience managing a litigation docket with an emphasis on complex matters with minimal supervision. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Taking and defending depositions; 
• Attending hearings;
• Attending and preparing for mediation;
• Trial attendance/ trial preparation;
• Managing negotiations;
• Drafting motions.

Experience:

• 5+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background in complex/multi district matters.
