Provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters. Job Requirements: Must have minimum two years experience. Ability to manage contracts, including contract drafting and review. Must have law degree. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, and business associates.
