Job Title: Attorney 1
Location: Redmond , WA
Salary Range: $50/hr to $55/hr on W2
Introduction
This role involves supporting immigration-related legal work, including petition review and multiple immigration workstreams. The position offers the opportunity to gain broader business immigration experience and work with a cutting-edge team in immigration operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or a Law Degree from a credible university
- Admission to the bar
- 1-2 years of immigration experience, either business or family-based
- Ability to work onsite at Puget Sound , 5 days a week
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings and prepare legal documents
- Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations including petition review and ensuring legal compliance
- Prior work experience in the client'
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Experience with high-volume U.S. business immigration operations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings and prepare legal documents
- Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations including petition review and ensuring legal compliance
- Train admins on USCIS filings and PERM job postings
- Assist with legal and operational issue resolution
- Identify and propose legal process improvement ideas
- Respond to emails from visa-dependent employees on various immigration topics
