    Position Overview: Our Restaurant Attendants play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at the Mian Restaurant within the vibrant Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. We are seeking friendly, dedicated individuals with a passion for providing top-notch service. As a Restaurant Attendant, you will embody our commitment to prompt, professional, and courteous service, making every guest feel welcomed and valued.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all operational procedures related to the role.
    • Prepare the restaurant for business, maintaining a keen eye for cleanliness and proper setup.
    • Familiarize yourself with the menu, including items, specials, and prices, to provide accurate and complete order-taking assistance.
    • Complete all assigned side work and additional duties efficiently and within designated timeframes.
    • Ensure a consistently clean and sanitary work environment.
    • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and with a courteous demeanor.
    • Prioritize safety and accident prevention, promptly reporting any incidents to the supervisor and completing necessary paperwork.
    • Adhere to all departmental rules, side work assignments, and cash handling procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with guests.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
    • Punctual and consistent in attendance, adhering to company protocols.
    • Ability to complete RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) Training
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process and work flexible shifts, including holidays.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
    • Bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently
