As a Restaurant Attendant, you will embody our commitment to prompt, professional, and courteous service, making every guest feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all operational procedures related to the role.
- Prepare the restaurant for business, maintaining a keen eye for cleanliness and proper setup.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu, including items, specials, and prices, to provide accurate and complete order-taking assistance.
- Complete all assigned side work and additional duties efficiently and within designated timeframes.
- Ensure a consistently clean and sanitary work environment.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and with a courteous demeanor.
- Prioritize safety and accident prevention, promptly reporting any incidents to the supervisor and completing necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all departmental rules, side work assignments, and cash handling procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Punctual and consistent in attendance, adhering to company protocols.
- Ability to complete RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) Training
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process and work flexible shifts, including holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently
