Reporting to the Team Manager - Attendance Service, you will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment. This role is pivotal in delivering the statutory guidance 'Working Together to Improve School Attendance' 2026.

This is a locality-based role, meaning you will primarily work within a defined area of Warwickshire. For this vacancy we are looking for someone to work in North Warwickshire.
While your primary focus will be your locality, you must be prepared and able to travel across Warwickshire when required to support service delivery.
The office base is Shire Hall, Warwick, and we operate in line with WCC Agile Working principles, offering flexibility while maintaining service standards.
Full induction and training will be provided, along with ongoing supervision and opportunities for continuous professional development.
