This role is responsible for managing large-scale, multi-solution Adobe programs, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery across strategy, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders. Collaborate with Adobe architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and client teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Adobe Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. This role is responsible for managing large-scale, multi-solution Adobe programs, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery across strategy, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud programs.
• Manage program governance, including RAID logs, KPIs, status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Coordinate Agile delivery, sprint planning, release planning, and cross-team execution.
• Collaborate with Adobe architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and client teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Drive architectural discussions, technical planning, and integration activities.
• Manage multi-environment deployments (Development, QA, Stage, Production) and support CI/CD release processes.
• Ensure alignment across multiple Adobe solution tracks and enterprise initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP)
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets)
  • Adobe Workfront
  • Marketo Engage
  • Adobe Commerce
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, data ingestion, audience segmentation, and activation workflows.
• Experience managing enterprise integrations, platform migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), CI/CD, and enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and risk management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Adobe or Adobe implementation partners.
• Experience managing multi-solution Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
