Job Description An employer in the Seattle area is looking for a Atlassian Reporting Consultant. The consultant will partner closely with the teams Reporting Lead and Product Owner to design a structured, repeatable approach to Atlassian reporting. This role focuses on defining reporting requirements, recommending Jira and tool configurations, and developing illustrative dashboards to support budgeting, effort, cost, and timeline visibility. The consultant will also advise on best practices, governance, and sustainment while progressively shifting from delivery to enablement to build internal reporting capability. Skills and Requirements Proven experience designing reporting from Jira for budget, effort, cost, timelines with Jira marketplace tools (e.g., Tempo, EazyBI, BigPicture, Tableau) Ability to lead structured discovery through workshops and interviews with product owners, reporting leads, and senior leadership Prior experience in regulated or research/clinical environments Experience advising organizations on effort tracking approaches (time-based, capacity-based, proxy measures) Background in defining reporting standards, dashboard visual design guidance, and governance models
