Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an Atlassian Developer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Jira and Atlassian platform administration, configuration, and customization to support enterprise software delivery and business processes.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Atlassian Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular and modern front-end technologies.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to support UI/UX design initiatives and gather stakeholder feedback.
Perform functional, automated, and UI testing to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications by resolving defects and implementing performance improvements.
Follow established architecture standards, coding best practices, accessibility guidelines, and cross-browser compatibility requirements while leveraging cloud technologies such as GCP Cloud Run.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
4+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in software development, including hands-on experience with Jira and Atlassian platform administration.
Strong experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics), including workflow automation, integrations, and Agile process enablement.
Proven ability to design and implement Atlassian solutions, integrate with CI/CD tools and enterprise systems, and develop custom scripts using Java, Python, Groovy, SQL, or JavaScript to improve operational efficiency.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
