Atlanta Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

An established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Healthcare Superintendent to lead healthcare and medical facility construction projects across the local market. Strong pipeline of healthcare and medical facility workStable, growing general contractor with a strong reputation 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.

• Manage all on-site construction activities and daily field operations
• Lead project scheduling efforts and maintain milestone dates
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
• Monitor quality control and enforce project standards
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and site logistics
• Drive project completion while maintaining owner satisfaction

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Healthcare construction experience required, including hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), clinics, surgery centers, or behavioral health facilities
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and site coordination
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades concurrently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA certification preferred
• Procore experience is a plus
