We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Kitchen Supervisor / Kitchen Manager to help lead daily kitchen operations, support team development, and deliver a fast, high-quality dining experience inside one of Atlanta’s most exciting entertainment venues.
Position Overview
The Kitchen Supervisor / Kitchen Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen and supporting the overall food & beverage program at Thrillz Atlanta. This position is responsible for maintaining food quality, managing kitchen workflow, supervising staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring all health and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations & Leadership
- Lead and supervise kitchen team members during daily operations
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards
- Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during peak service periods
- Delegate prep tasks and manage kitchen workflow efficiently
- Support scheduling, coaching, and development of kitchen staff
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Food Quality & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health department, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Train staff on safe food handling, equipment operation, and cleaning procedures
- Monitor food freshness, product rotation, labeling, and storage procedures
Inventory & Cost Control
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining proper par levels
- Help control food costs and reduce waste through efficient preparation and portion control
- Support profitability initiatives and operational improvements
- Monitor menu item performance and inventory usage alongside management
Menu & Guest Experience
- Assist with menu development, seasonal items, and catering offerings
- Support the overall guest experience by ensuring food service is fast, accurate, and high quality
- Work collaboratively with park management to improve food & beverage operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen, cooking, or food service experience required
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or kitchen management experience preferred
- Hospitality, culinary, or restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required
