Reporting to the Head Brewer, the Brewer/Cellar Operator is the heartbeat to the production floor, proficient and engaged in all aspects of the beverage production ensuring optimal fermentation, conditioning, and quality control throughout the production process. You'll work side-by-side with an on-site Head Brewer, Head Innovation Brewer and Warehouse Operator, as well as Virginia Beach based supply chain/procurement, maintenance and quality teams. You will be in a front-line floor position, diving headfirst into all brewing and cellaring operations of the brewery and open to expanding your knowledge base to all four corners of the production floor.
