REQUIREMENTS | COMPENSATION: - Must be willing to be away from home two nights per week (home every weekend).
- Must NOT be enrolled on SAP program
- Willing to touch freight.
Starting Pay: $0.50 per mile PLUS unloading pay(commission) Weekly Earnings: Average $1,000 – $1,800 per week
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Route Delivery Drivers safely operate tractor-trailers and make on-time deliveries to restaurants and grocery stores. You will be part of a dedicated Logistics Team, ensuring that orders are delivered safely, on schedule, and in excellent condition. Successful Drivers are polite, patient, committed to providing excellent customer service, and maintain a positive attitude. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely operate commercial trucks and make deliveries to stores, restaurants, and warehouses on assigned routes Comply with all State, Federal, and DOT regulations Unload and deliver orders to customers in a safe and timely manner Place orders in customer’s preferred storage location Review and verify orders for accuracy Collect payment for delivered goods (cash, checks, signatures, etc.)
