Game Night Ticket Office help

Department: Athletics
Location: Mohawk Harbor Rink

Supervisor: Erin Zannella

Work Available: Days, Nights, Weekends

Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr

Number of Positions available: 15

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Work games & department events on weekends

  • Assist with ticket sales for both Ice Hockey and Football in addition to will call, ticket scanning, ushers, etc.

  • Assist the general public with ticket sales and credit card transactions

  • Assist with game night promotions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays

  • Phone etiquette for taking telephone ticket orders & general inquiries

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to relate to people of all ages

  • Reliability and confidentiality are important

  • Flexibility and the willingness to do a variety of tasks

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when taking orders and performing credit card transactions

*This position will mainly work weekends at the Mohawk Harbor Events Center*
