SALARY RANGE $45,195.00 - $48,090.00

Job Functions:

• Assist in program coordination.
• Review and revise rules and by-laws.
• Coordinate training of staff.
• Field questions posed by general public, staff and associates.
• Schedule field permits for practices.
• Assist in registration and team assignments for individual sign-ups.
• Impose penalties for improper behavior.
• Answer questions posed by general public, staff and associates.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

• Ability to effectively manage a public event with a firm but cordial management style.
• Ability to work cooperatively with the employees and public.
• Ability to maintain a calm, "take-charge" demeanor and follow emergency protocol.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science degree &/or 3 years' experience and working practical knowledge of athletic program.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Special Requirements:

• Minimum age 21
• Must be able to drive & hold a valid driver's license that must remain valid as condition of continued employment.
• May need to lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Bartlett resident preferred but not required.
• Must pass a driver's license, background check and a physical exam/drug screen.
• Available to work evening hours, weekends (including morning, afternoon and evening hours both Saturday and Sunday), and holidays.
