Athletic Trainer - Corporate Health Clinic

Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies. Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures.

Immediate Athletic Trainer contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Clinic in Round Lake, IL.

Note: Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer required

Pay Rate: $55.00/hr

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am - 4:30pm (Wednesday and Thursday)
• One evening shift to 7:30pm each week
• 16 - 20 hours per week (20 minimum preferred)

Contract Details:

• Contract assignment through 12/07/2026 (possible extension)

Job Details:

• Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of experience as an Athletic Trainer
• Occupational Health and Safety Experience
• Knowledge of current OSHA regualtions preferred
• Ergonomic Experience Preferred
• Bachelors or Masters Degree
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS Preferred
