    Position Overview
    RieLes Group is seeking two experienced Athletic Trainers to provide Holistic Health and Fitness (HHF) support to Airmen assigned to the 621st Contingency Response Wing at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, and Travis Air Force Base, California
    The HHF program integrates athletic training, functional strength, and mindfulness coaching to improve physical and non-physical performance, reduce preventable injuries, support rehabilitation, and enhance operational readiness
    Responsibilities:
    Conduct Human Performance evaluations and provide individualized performance guidance
    Provide athletic training and performance support to Airmen
    Develop evidence-based programs addressing strength, endurance, mobility, durability, and injury prevention
    Support Airmen preparing for high-tempo deployments and austere operational environments
    Provide mission-specific guidance based on different Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs)
    Participate in squadron PT sessions and coordinate with Unit Fitness Program Managers (UFPMs)
    Support running clinics, weightlifting/form training, and other mission-specific performance sessions
    Maintain secure and compliant records of assessments, training sessions, and outcomes
    Prepare individualized monthly performance reports
    Work effectively in field environments, including inclement weather and hours of darkness
    Communicate effectively with Airmen, Government personnel, and other members of the HHF team
    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
    Minimum 5 years of experience in athletic training
    Athletic Trainer certification through an accredited/professional organization is preferred
    Preferred educational background may include sport psychology, performance enhancement, health/exercise psychology, cognitive psychology, counseling, and/or social psychology
    Ability to be transported in Government-provided ground vehicles
    Additional Requirements:
    U.S. citizenship required
    SECRET or provisional SECRET security clearance required prior to starting work
    Must maintain required security clearance throughout the contract
    Must obtain a Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC), as applicable
    Must complete required security and Antiterrorism Level I training
    Must maintain all required professional certifications
    Must pass required drug screening
    Strong written and verbal English communication skills required
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
    Schedule:
    Services are primarily performed during the military working day, generally 8 hours per day. Periodic nonstandard hours may be required based on mission needs. Personnel will not exceed a 40-hour work week under the PWS
    Travel
    CONUS travel may be required for meetings, conferences, training, and other contract-related activities
