Athletic Trainer, Part-Time or Full-TimeLocation: Atlanta, Georgia Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Full-Time Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications Part-Time Compensation: Prorated based on the agreed-upon schedule NEURO TOUR Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and highly organized Athletic Trainer to join our Atlanta-based team. This position may be structured as either part-time or full-time based on the selected candidate’s availability and the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual therapy skills, demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, and be comfortable working in a flexible and evolving role. Responsibilities will include inventory and equipment management, clinical training, special assignments, and potential touring opportunities. The ability to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs is essential. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide athletic training services for assigned events, productions, projects, or other patient-care needs Perform appropriate evaluations, treatments, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention services within the scope of practice Apply strong manual therapy and hands-on treatment skills Maintain accurate, timely, and organized patient documentation when providing patient care Manage medical and treatment inventory, including monitoring supplies, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating replenishment Prepare, organize, and transport treatment equipment and supplies as needed Maintain equipment and ensure supplies are organized and ready for deployment Communicate professionally with patients, providers, production teams, and internal leadership Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable clinical and company policies Participate in training, special events, short-term coverage, and touring assignments as needed Perform other related duties based on operational and patient-care needs
QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program Current BOC certification Current Georgia licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure Current CPR/AED certification Strong manual therapy and rehabilitation skills Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing schedules and responsibilities Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds Willingness and ability to travel for potential touring assignments Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended hours based on assignment needs
Training and DevelopmentThe selected candidate will receive fellowship training designed to strengthen clinical decision-making, manual therapy techniques, and readiness to support the unique demands of entertainment and touring environments.
