    Position Summary

    As an Athletic Camp/Tournament Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a positive, engaging, and educational experience for youth athletes. This position involves instructing and mentoring youth attendees in sport fundamentals, drills, and team strategies, while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and a love for the game. Assistants in this role are expected to demonstrate leadership, enthusiasm, and effective communication skills. Duties include leading warm-ups, running skill-specific stations, providing feedback to players, assisting with game supervision, and supporting the overall coordination and safety of camp and tournament activities.

    Compensation and Hours

    Compensation and hours will vary and are dependent upon camp dates and times.
