Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our ASU/Cryogenic Service Assistant position. The ASU/Cryogenic Service Assistant is expected to support and assist the Manager of Cryogenic Services and Atmospheric Gases. Tasks include but are not limited to phones, scheduling, filing and report generation. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform billing for ASU product deliveries and Cryogenic Services
  • Maintain ASU files for product delivery, employee training, maintenance, purchasing and others as assigned
  • Maintain Cryogenic Services files for Master Installation File, customer installations, equipment maintenance, purchasing and others as assigned
  • Generate service reports, inspection letters, reports of medical gas piping inspections and others as requested
  • Input data and generate month end reports for ASU product produced, purchased, and delivered
  • Prepare Bulk Gas Analysis/Yield reports
  • Answer phones and provide customer service in the absence of the Manager of Cryogenic Services and Atmospheric Gases
  • Assist in documenting procedures for the ASU or Cryogenic Services as necessary
  • Maintain and control Local Work Instructions for ASU and Cryogenic Services
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
  • Wage $18-$22/Hr DOE

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years administrative experience is required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computer systems and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
  • Read reports, computer screens, etc.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (i.e. processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, etc.)
