aSTEAM Village''s goal is to move youth and adults of low-income families out of poverty through educational programming at community-based organizations. The VISTA will research to determine best practices to reach its goals: create an instructional manual, design brochures, social media outlets and public service announcements increasing community awareness and highlighting program benefits. Member Duties : The VISTA Facility Coordinator will research best practices, develop policies, feedback tools, coordinate workflow, staff guides, and process documents that aSTEAM Village staff can use to strengthen and sustain educational programming for youth and adults from low-income families.
