    Description

    Job Title: Assurance Specialist
    Location: 1250 South Collegeville Road, Collegeville, PA 19426
    Duration: 1 Year (09/15/2026 to 09/10/2027)

    Shift: Day - 8 hours
    Hybrid (onsite 1x a week or once every two weeks)

    Job description:
    • In coordination with the assigned Quality team member, assist in managing the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for engineering, ensuring that required artifacts are produced, reviewed, approved and retained in accordance with applicable quality processes, and report progress or issues as needed for final review.
    • Proactively liaise with contributors and stakeholders, in consultation with the assigned Quality team member, to progress draft documentation, coordinate reviews and secure requisite approvals.
    • Provide support in documentation review from a technical writing perspective and flag suspected issues, collaborating with the assigned Quality team member where necessary.
    • Maintain documentation repositories and version control practices to preserve audit readiness and traceability, keeping the assigned Quality team member informed of repository status and any version-control concerns.
    • Support adherence to internal policies governing risk and issue management, including follow up of outstanding or overdue records as assigned by the Quality team, and provide status updates to the assigned Quality team member.
    • Manage document routing and administrative finalization (uploading, version tracking, coordinating sign offs), in consultation with the assigned Quality team member.

    Education: Bachelors Degree in a Scientifc Discipline
