A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Assurance Manager (Audit Manager) in the Sylvania area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career.

What you'll do:

- Lead audit, review and other assurance engagements from planning through wrap-up

- Build engagement plans, programs and budgets; manage to timeline and profitability

- Own day-to-day client relationships and present findings to client leadership

- Supervise, mentor and develop seniors, staff and interns

- Support business development and new engagement pursuits

What you bring:

- Active CPA license

- About 5-7 years of financial audit experience in public accounting

- Strong technical knowledge and judgment to identify and mitigate risk

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: $116K - $136K + bonus potential
