Assistant SuperintendentTake ownership of a designated project scope and drive it from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field activities to maintain production goals. Partner with Senior Superintendents to ensure quality, schedule, and safety objectives are achieved. Oversee key portions of construction including structure, framing, MEP, drywall, and finishes. Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is executed accurately. Manage site logistics, deliveries, manpower, and trade sequencing. Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or budget. Conduct site walks and enforce all project safety standards. Track progress and maintain accurate field reporting and documentation.
