    Pecheles Toyota/Ford is seeking a dedicated Assistant Parts Manager to join our team in Washington, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your automotive knowledge and retail inventory management skills will be highly valued.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service to both external customers and internal departments.
    • Support leadership initiatives and assist in staff training and development.
    • Locate, receive, and accurately log parts shipments into inventory.
    • Maintain inventory and storage areas, ensuring organization, accuracy, and proper stock levels.
    • Manage and control supplies efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • Strong ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain precise records and orders.
    • Intermediate computer proficiency, with solid PC skills.
    • Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
    • Understanding of numeric filing systems.
    • Excellent verbal and listening skills to assist customers both in person and over the phone.
    • Willingness to complete all brand-specific training programs.
    • Maintain professional attire and a neat personal appearance.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
