    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Directly oversees all facets of the Casino Floor, Aqua Bar, Lotus, Bet Rivers and High Limit Operations.
    • Responsible for ensuring proper staffing for forecasted volume and budgetary guidelines
    • Manages labor, cost of goods & other expenses to budget
    • Effectively manages, tracks and ensures compliance with all products; commodities and papers supplies
    • Responsible for the financials of the Casino Floor, Aqua Bar, Lotus, Bet Rivers and High Limit
    • Responsible for development & performance of supervisors and line staff
    • Responsible for hiring, managing, firing subordinates
    • Communicates with operational departments and ensures appropriate information disseminated to F&B staff
    • Establishes performance & profit objectives for Casino Floor, Aqua Bar, Lotus, Bet Rivers and High Limit outlets. Performs the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino - Des Plaines ICS
    • Responsible for implementing & enforcing F&B procedures
    • Drives Service Initiatives
    • Responsible for maintaining our high level of expectations for food quality & overall culture
    • Performs all other duties as may be assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • 3 - 5 years F&B leadership role, in gaming or hospitality environment
    • BA Degree in gaming/hospitality or related field preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent leadership / motivation skills.
    • Excellent organization and planning skills.
    • Excellent knowledge in various computers programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
    • Budget and mathematical skills.
    • Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
    • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
    • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
    • Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and some lifting
