    Key Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience as a AGM or equivalent in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant
    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on hands-on team engagement
    • Financial fluency with P&Ls, labor, COGS, and inventory management
    • Experience managing diverse, high-performing teams
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
    • Passion for hospitality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
    • Ability to travel briefly during the training period
