As an Assortment Planner at Dollar Trees corporate office, youll partner closely with Category Directors and Merchants to define and optimize our product assortment strategy. Using strong analytical skills and business insight, youll develop and maintain assortment plans, evaluate item performance, and provide data-driven recommendations that directly impact category success. Your expertise in planning and performance analysis plays a critical role in supporting Dollar Trees mission and maintaining our position as the #1 value retailer.
