The Association Services Specialist provides responsive administrative and operational support to Pique and multiple client organizations. The role coordinates meetings and events, maintains records, responds to inquiries, updates websites, and assists with client communications. It is well suited to someone who is organized, thoughtful, comfortable working independently, and able to move among client priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent service.

Work Arrangement and Travel
This is a work-from-home position scheduled for 20 hours per week, generally four hours each weekday. The exact daily schedule will be established with a designated manager. Attendance at one to three in-person client conferences, or events each year is required. Event work may involve local or overnight travel and occasional evening or weekend hours. Approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Pique policy.
Physical and Work Environment
The role primarily involves computer-based work and frequent electronic communication. Event duties may occasionally require moving materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
