Create and schedule social media content across association platforms, in alignment with content themes and campaign priorities set by the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & AI Strategy, and in close day-to-day collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Manager.Write clear, on-brand copy for social media posts, website content, email content, and digital signage.Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, on-brand manner, escalating sensitive issues as needed.Capture and edit social media videography, including short-form content for branch and association-level campaigns.Execute day-to-day website content updates, including page edits, event listings, and content refreshes, under the direction of the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & AI Strategy, working in close day-to-day collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Manager. Manage day-to-day digital marketing screen content (Navori) across branches, ensuring timely updates and brand consistency.Support branch digital project requests, coordinating directly with branch staff to deliver content and updates on time and on brand.Maintain accurate local business listings across platforms, including Google Business Profiles and other relevant directories, association-wide.Assist with organizing and preparing campaign assets for use across social, web, and email channels.Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to design clean, on-brand graphics for web, social, and digital signage use.Stay current on social media trends, platform features, and content best practices.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills across all internal and external interactions.Work in close daily collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Manager, who provides content direction, quality review, and day-to-day task coordination.All other duties as assigned.
