GENERAL DUTIES:
Supports and empowers employees to embrace the mission, vision, and value statement of

Performs management activities including interviewing, hiring, evaluating, terminating, and
departmental staffing and scheduling.
Resolves personnel concerns at the department level, utilizing the grievance process.
Promotes patient safety in all healthcare delivery settings to include medication safety, patient-
physician communication, health literacy, and public health education.
Provides oversight of quality improvement activities to evaluate process improvement
opportunities based on data regarding all aspects of the practice to include cost and value of the
clinics, patient and treatment demographics, and efficiency of the claims cycle. Implements
programs as necessary for improvement.
Monitors delivery of patient services to include reviewing physician activity data and forecasts and prepares for all changes needed or impacted by patient load, billing/collecting procedures, and government regulations and policies.
