    Associate Veterinarian

    Position Overview

    Join a collaborative small animal general practice that provides a diverse caseload, including wellness care, surgery, dentistry, urgent and emergency care, and advanced surgical procedures. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a mentorship-focused environment that encourages professional growth.

    • Average daily patient volume: 17–20
    • 2:1 support staff ratio
    • Services include wellness, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, urgent and emergency care, advanced surgeries, and grooming
    • Equipped with digital radiology, dental radiology, in-house laboratory, ultrasound access, and surgical suite

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Annual salary: $120,000–$140,000 plus 20–22% production bonus

    Qualifications
