What You’ll Be Doing
The role combines small-animal, large-animal, and equine medicine, with opportunities for general practice, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and farm calls. Large-animal work is supported by dedicated treatment resources designed for safer livestock handling.
Clinical resources include digital radiography, in-house laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound, advanced imaging support, and gas anesthesia.

The Basics
Schedule: Full-time with rotating weekends and emergency on-call coverage
Experience: New graduates and experienced DVMs welcome
Compensation: $80K+ base + 20% production with no negative accrual
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Retention Bonus: $5,000 after year one
Relocation: $5,000
Ownership: Equity opportunity available
