A veterinary practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and patient-focused team. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about companion animal medicine, enjoys working on a variety of medical and surgical cases, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
Diagnose medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide preventive, medical, surgical, and dental care within the scope of practice.
Educate clients on treatment options, wellness care, and preventive health recommendations.
Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Mentor and support veterinary team members while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a diverse medical and surgical caseload.
