CityVet South Austin, proudly owned and led by Dr. Shannon VanDyke, is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join her growing team. Located in the heart of South Austin, this is a busy, established practice with a modern new facility, loyal clientele, and an amazing team culture. With a strong reputation and great reviews, the practice continues to grow, creating plenty of opportunity for an Associate to build a thriving caseload and grow alongside the team. The practice offers full-service general practice, surgery, preventative care, and acupuncture, which Dr. VanDyke has a special interest in. You'll work closely with Dr. VanDyke alongside a collaborative and supportive team. Whether you're an early-career veterinarian looking for continued mentorship or an experienced DVM ready for a busy practice, we'd love to hear from you. Now she's looking for an experienced Associate DVM who:
Open to working a flexible schedule with rotating weekends
High interest in surgery and dentistry
Confident working with complex cases
Thrives in a collaborative, creative, high-energy environment
This role is designed for a full-time or part-time Associate DVM interested in general practice. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience with surgery and dentistry.
Our hospital is fully equipped to support advanced diagnostics and surgical care. We have 5 exam rooms, a large treatment area, and private surgical suite.
Our clinic is equipped with:
Ultrasound
Digital dental radiographs
Abaxis analyzers | OptiCell | Imagyst
Therapeutic cold laser
Cautery
Large surgical suite and treatment area
