This confidential opportunity is with an established small-animal practice in Mid-Michigan where veterinarians manage everything from preventive care and dentistry to surgery, diagnostics, and urgent cases. Both new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome, with mentorship available for veterinarians who want to continue building confidence and clinical skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
You'll work in a full-service small-animal environment with wellness care, dental procedures, surgery, diagnostics, treatment planning, preventive medicine, and urgent/emergency cases. The practice is equipped to handle both everyday medicine and more involved cases, giving you opportunities to broaden your clinical experience.

Compensation: 100,000–120,000 + 20% production, with a salary guarantee
Licensure: Michigan veterinary license required
