    Role Overview

    We're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join a supportive, multi-doctor team focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care. This role offers a balanced schedule with two extended weekday shifts and Saturdays, providing ample time off for personal well-being and work-life balance. A sign-on bonus is available for the right candidate.

    Practice Highlights

    • Small animal general practice
    • Average 12+ appointments per day
    • 1–1.5 support staff per doctor
    • Diverse caseload: wellness, illness, and surgery

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive salary: $120K–$140K + production bonus
