    About Lineberger Veterinary Hospital

    Lineberger Veterinary Hospital is a multi-doctor general practice in Gastonia, North Carolina, just outside Charlotte. We're proud to be a place where clients feel known, pets are cared for like family, and team members show up for one another every day. Our staff is committed to high-quality care for dogs and cats, with the occasional pocket pet, and to creating a warm, welcoming experience for the people who trust us with their pets. Our hospital is equipped with a therapy laser, digital x-ray, IDEXX in-house blood and urine diagnostics, complete dental equipment, Cornerstone medical records, and more.

    • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and provide care that feels personal, thoughtful, and trustworthy

    • Work closely with the veterinary team and hospital leadership to care for patients and support one another

    • Help strengthen the connection between our practice and the greater Charlotte-area community

    • Encourage team growth, including helping develop support staff through our internal LevelUp training program

    • Care for a varied caseload that includes both appointments and surgery during our regular hospital hours

    • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)

    • Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
