Schedule- Full-time: 4-day work week
- MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (rotational)
- No evenings, no on-call, no emergency shifts
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $120,000$150,000 DOE
- 20% production bonus (no negative accrual)
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
