    Associate Veterinarian (DVM) - Spring, TX

     

    A veterinary hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality small animal medicine in an environment that prioritizes both patient care and work-life balance. This role is ideal for veterinarians who want the time, resources, and autonomy to provide thoughtful, thorough care while building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct physical exams and develop treatment plans
    • Provide preventive care and vaccinations
    • Perform routine and soft tissue surgical procedures
    • Utilize diagnostic tools such as digital radiology and in-house laboratory equipment
    • Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
    • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
    • Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff
    • Contribute to a positive, supportive hospital culture
     

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
    • Active or eligible veterinary license
    • Strong clinical and communication skills
    • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
    • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
    • Open to new graduates (mentorship available)
